I am a dancer, an adventurer, and someone who genuinely loves the gym. Since 2020, I’ve been offering personal training, small-group strength training, and life coaching. Before that, I spent years moving through life on autopilot—doing what I thought I should do, following rules that were never made with me in mind, chasing things I was told would make me happy. I didn’t really know myself then. But honestly, there would be so many more versions to know.

It was through therapy, meditation, and dancing that I finally came back to myself. I quit my corporate job and stepped into coaching, following my dream of helping others. I also returned to dance and, for the first time, began performing burlesque—a dream I had quietly tucked away, never believing it could be mine.

The last five years have asked a lot of me. They’ve been a journey of unlearning and return. And through every version of myself, I was always training, always coaching. It’s where I feel most at home. I’m still learning how to always follow my heart.

What I’ve learned through all of this is simple and deeply joyful: when we feel good in our bodies, our sense of what’s possible opens up. Movement becomes our companion, our bodies teach us to listen, and we find the courage to live more freely.

I’m here to teach you how to build strength—and how to use that strength to move well, feel good, and create a life that actually feels like yours.
