I'm Ginger a queer personal trainer with 10+ years of experience based in Denver, working mostly with women and the LGBTQ+ community. I care a lot about my clients… their lives, dreams, and feeling at home in their bodies.
As a woman over 40, I know firsthand how much your body can change during perimenopause…..energy, recovery, body composition, mood, the way you feel in your own skin. Nobody handed me a roadmap. So I went and found one.
I’ve referenced how Dr. Stacy Sims' research on changes in hormones must change our training and rebuilt how I train, eat, supplement, and recover. And I want to help others find their way through any hormone or body changes.

Individual In Person Training @ $115/50 min - 1 hour
I will help you figure out which workouts work best for you, work with you to create intentions or goals and be with you the entire way to meet those goals.
Partner Training @ $150/50 - 1 hour
Train together with personalized workouts designed for both of you even if your goals are different. Perfect for busy schedules and a great way to connect and support each other.
Small Group or Semi-Private Training @$55/ 1 hour
Small group training (3–5 people) with personalized workouts each session. You will get the benefits of group motivation with individual attention.
